Self Reliance Reigns
Event Description:

The Disaster Medicine Project is a non-profit organization that creates, trains, and implements local volunteer response units to help in the event of a major natural disaster. The emergency responders that we normally count on will be dispatched to the areas with the greatest need for preservation of life or property, or to the hospitals to supplement their staff. Recent studies have shown that in the event of a major natural disaster the general public will be without emergency services for a minimum of 96 hours - DMP has a solution for that! Please join us at Mills and Mills in Tumwater on March 25th to find out how you can support this awesome organization and your local community.
